Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 17, 2026
Neurowire is a project by Starside Labs, an open-source initiative (“Neurowire”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions go to hello@starside.io.
What we collect
- Account. Your email address, used to sign you in by magic link.
- Content you create. The meshes, source URLs, and configuration you set up.
- Billing. Payments are handled by Stripe. We store your plan and the Stripe customer and subscription identifiers. We never see or store your card number.
- Authentication cookies. Essential, httpOnly session cookies that keep you signed in. We use no advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
- Page analytics.For pages you publish, we record aggregate, anonymous daily counts: total views, cache hits, download counts, and the referring website’s host (grouped). We do not log visitor IP addresses, user agents, or any per-visitor identifiers, and your published pages set no cookies and run no scripts.
How we use it
To operate the service, sign you in, render and serve your pages, process billing, show you your own page analytics, and keep the service secure and working.
Your published pages are public
A mesh renders to a page on a public URL. Anything you choose to publish through Neurowire is public and can be viewed by anyone with the link.
Who processes data for us
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service:
- Nhost (database, authentication, storage);
- Vercel (hosting and content delivery);
- Stripe (payment processing).
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account and the data associated with it, email hello@starside.io.
Children
Neurowire is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
